Poetry

simple,

a deeply written form

of a secret language

anonymous,

a dreamer,

writing down his thoughts,

he won't forget,

the secret kept inside the poem,

because it is simply

nothing.

Gross Stuff

Destroy it,

Burn it,

as i see it laying on the surface,

of the silver coldness,

i do not want

to even glance at this vegetable

 ,

ever

ever

again

I don't even like green anymore,

this bushy thing is burning my eyes,

can't they bring a bunch of flies,

to eat it all?

I am about to fall,

soon im gonna faint,

ew..

broccoli

Intelligence

Consider analyzing your thoughts,

even if you know it isn't possible,

because you aren't smart,

no, not at all

even if you think you are,

we all know you cannot think,

your thoughts bring you down,

not to mention your brain,

can it get any smaller?

i can't even think

about the others,

the pain they go through,

living with an idiot like you...

HAHAHAHAHAH! i  wrote this poem because i think it makes me sound smart =p!  it includes words like analyze and  consider and im decribing what this poem states to not be me. (does that make sense?) this poem is truly one of the poems that i actually think i succeeded on writing. Most of my other poems have a deeper meaning, but this one... this one is simply a poem someone would write to make themselves sound smart and someone else sound dumb. That's the whole point of writing this poem. its supposed to be really funny and worth reading.=]]]]

Fiction isn't for real

Do we really know reality?

or is it just a mere thought,

my friend.

those people,

my friends who stand next to me

everyday

and know,

i am me.

No changing

no going back

you can't change who i am,

no,no

they understand,

there are complications

in this world

no gradual perfection,

even between friends,

But do they really show this?

Do they really?

no.

They only know

the perfections

no mistakes

only friends,

only them,

can fix the way

of your life.

to make it

unbelievable.

Hello

Hello again,

it's so nice to see you

i see you've aged

during the past few

years.

you're kinda old ,

i don't know if you've noticed,

but you are,

that's no lie...

i imagine you are living

in san francisco

with your wife,

and kids,

and a few pets

well... not really

i feel that your are a

lonely person,

living alone

in an abandoned warehouse.

but you know what?

i'm only saying hello,

it was nice seeing you once again

good-bye

I think this poem was the poem that i decided to write because i had no other objective to write about. But now that i have written it, it really does make sense in a way, This poem is dedicated to the people that are living in an abonded warehouse, somewhere in the world, without a family to go to . I think this poem reminds us that we need to cherish everything in our lives that we have. i mean, were not hobos are we? we are simply living a great life compared to them. We have food on the table every single day, we have a bed at home to sleep in, we have someone to talk to when we are unhappy. We are simply not like them, and we should be happy about that. So what if you're no living on the upper east side in a condo designed by a famous architect? at least you have a warm, comfy home where you could stay at.

Live Life & Love <3

the world will turn on its axis

and you will feel that turn

in the point

where you feel your life

is ending.

life is an

untitled story

written by one person

who knows the story well enough

to write it down.

that person is only you,

you are the one

holding your own future

in your own hands.

don't be afraid to risk anything,

because in the end,

you'll figure it out

and it will end up

being for the better good.

intention: i think i wrote this poem because i think that when you're close to the end of your life you then finally realize the things and people you love. just imagine... right now, are you thinking about your parents or your sister or brother? probably not. But when you're older you are entitled to care about the poeople you knew your whole life. Every person you know that is related to you, or a very good friend, understands if you do a mistake. If your friends were really in a bad situation, you wouldn't just dump them and leave, you'd have to help them out. I think that's why this poem means so much to me. It really describes the connections being made between somone close to you and yourself. The sun does not revolve around the earth, the earth revolves around the sun. That's how life is; life does not revolve around one person who is just there, it revolves around everyone, forming the human race.

I Surely Don't Care

mock me,

i dare you,

this isn't a joke,

im serious,

repeat the words i say

in that language everyone hates,

and i won't hate you,

because it's something i've told you to do,

mock me,

i really don't care,

unless you're a chicken,

and don't take the dare,

then i might mock you,

which isn't so pleasant,

i am THE most insulting person

to ever enter the planet,

so mock me,

i surely don't care,

because i dared you,

and you were supposed to listen.

"Live Life & <3" is great. there is a really nice idea behind that poem. I think the images you use really work, too--that you start with the world spinning and move to just you writing your story. One thing i'll suggest is maybe cutting out some repeated words. Like for example, say "The world will turn on its axis/and you will feel it" etc.Just an idea. :)
